SHIPPING

We ship directly from our Fitzroy, London and New York stores, and aim to have your order shipped within 2 business days. 

Please note this does not include pre-order items as they take 6-10 weeks to manufacture and ship. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic & international shipping are sent via DHL express which is complimentary for orders over £400. 

Domestic & international shipping are sent via the USPS standard service which is complimentary for orders over $400. For orders under $400, we use calculated shipping rates.

 

CLICK & COLLECT

We aim to have your Click and Collect order ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email to notify you when your order is ready to pick up. Please note this does not include pre-order items as they take 6-10 weeks to manufacture.

IMPORT FEES

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

PRE-ORDER

If your order contains one or more pre-order items, your order with ship all together once the pre-order item is ready.
