How long will my order take to ship?
We will ship your order as soon as we can! Please bear with us as we are a small team and this is our busiest time of year. We will be shipping from Fitzroy, London and New York and we’re aiming to have all orders shipped within 2 weeks.
Please note this does not include pre-orders as they will take 6-10 weeks to manufacture and ship. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Can I Click & Collect now?
We will send you an email to notify you when your order is ready to pick up. Please do not try to pick it up earlier as we will be under the pump!
If you don't hear from us within 1 week please feel free to reach out.

Will I have to pay import fees?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

I’ve ordered two things and one of them is a preorder - will they ship together?
Yes, they’ll ship together once the preorder item is ready. If you’d like the other item sooner, you’ll need to place separate orders at checkout.

Can I use a gift voucher?
Of course! Just enter your gift voucher code at checkout and it will be applied to your order.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?
Yes! We are always happy to exchange items within our 14 day return period.

Can I refund my order?
Orders can be returned for store credit if returned in the original packaging and within our 14 day return period. All sales on discontinued items are final and can not be returned.

Can I change my order?
No sorry! We are working our butts off to get your jewels out so due to the high volume of orders we won’t be able to edit any orders during the sale. This includes adding to your order, combining shipping and changing your shipping method or details.

Can I cancel my order?
All orders are final. If you need to return your order please check the website for instructions.

How long will my pre-order take?
Pre-order items and custom sizes are made just for you! Due to the high number of orders please be patient as manufacturing will take a little longer than usual, between 6-10 weeks plus shipping.

Where are you based?
Our studio and flagship store is based in Fitzroy, Naarm (Melbourne). We also have a small production studio in Bali. Our other retail stores are located in Shoreditch, London, Nolita in NYC and on the Mornington Peninsula as part of The Studio & Co, in Moorooduc.

What is gold vermeil?
Vermeil is a term used for high quality jewellery made of sterling silver and coated with 18K gold. The word “vermeil” is French and is pronounced “ver-may.” The term vermeil is legally regulated and to qualify, a piece of jewellery must meet certain criteria. Its base must be sterling silver, it must be plated in gold of at least 10 karats. The gold plating must also have a thickness of at least 2.5 microns.
We only offer 18K vermeil and 4 microns as standard, to ensure longevity. We provide a vermeil service for bracelets, earrings and necklaces for an additional cost. Please note, we do not vermeil rings, nor do we sell gold vermeil rings.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?
Our solid silver and gold jewellery can be worn all the time, including our Australian opals as they are non-porous and therefore colorfast. We recommend avoiding wearing your jewellery in the shower to avoid soap scum. We also recommend removing gold vermeil pieces prior to general swimming or showering to extend the longevity of the vermeil plating.

Do you engrave?
We only engrave custom pieces and charge an additional engraving fee of $100. Please advise the team during the custom consultation if you would like to engrave your special piece.

What's the difference between lab grown and natural stones?
Lab created stones are 100% real stones which are manufactured in a lab, as opposed to mined out of the ground. Lab stones are amazing and are a great choice for so many reasons. They are flawless, are more ethical and have a lighter carbon footprint as no mining is involved. They are also a cost-effective option compared to natural stones. A stone supplier once described them to me as “one is an IVF baby, one is a natural baby”.

Where do you source all your jewels?
Millie has spent years sourcing and building strong relationships with gemologists and suppliers from all over the world having regularly attended gem trade shows in Hong Kong and Bangkok. All opals come directly from miners in Mintabie, South Australia and most of our diamonds come from suppliers in Melbourne.

What is GIA certification?
The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is an institute which created the gold standard for universally used diamond grading. The GIA is considered the leading authority on diamonds and is often considered the top choice for diamond certificates due to its strict grading standards and reputation. GIA certificates are globally recognised and respected.

Do you ship worldwide?
All domestic and international orders are sent with tracking numbers that you will receive via email once your parcel is dispatched. We endeavour to post your order within 48 hours.Domestic & international shipping are sent via the USPS standard service which is complimentary for orders over $400. For orders under $400, we use calculated shipping rates.
Please note that customers are liable for any additional international customs duties and import taxes. Please check the customs policy specific to your country of residence prior to making your purchase. -
How long does shipping take?
All orders are sent via USPS standard shipping, which can take up to 10 business business days after dispatch. Please allow up to an additional 48 hours for dispatch.

How do I pay for a custom order?
During the custom consultation process we will send you a personalised custom payment link via email. You can pay with your debit or credit card or PayPal. We also offer 6 month payment plans, requiring a 20% non refundable deposit. Please note that once approved, custom orders are final and we can’t offer returns on these pieces.

Do you offer payment plans?
We offer payment plans on pieces starting from $500. To set up a payment plan we require a 20% non-refundable deposit and then allow up to 6 months for you to pay it off, in whatever installments you please. Once your piece is paid off, we'll dispatch your order. Please note, for any pieces on payment plans that require resizing, the resize will only be completed once the piece is paid off in full.

How do I order my size on your website?
Our standard ring sizes are Australian: J | L | M | N | O | P | Q | S.
We offer this size range across our entire collection. Simply use the drop-down menu online on each style to select your size. We are thrilled to offer manufacturing in any size, so if you need a custom size then please email newyork@milliesavage.com.

Can I resize my ring if I order the wrong size?
Standard size collection pieces in silver can be exchanged for another standard size within 14 days of purchase.
We can typically resize up or down a maximum of three sizes comfortably. This depends on the overall design of the ring; the settings, metal and stones. All core collection resizes incur a $40 fee and will take up to 2 weeks.
All purchases of One-Off Beauties and Diamonds include one complimentary resize, applicable for adjustments within 3 sizes up or down. For any gold styles requiring a resize beyond this range, a $50 fee will apply. The complimentary resize is only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please allow up to two weeks for your piece to be resized before shipping/collection.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we love customs! Millie loves working with you, to make your dreams come true!
Please note that custom pieces take 12-14 weeks to make.
If you're based in NYC, feel free to pop into our Nolita store where our beautiful team can facilitate the beginning of your custom inquiry, by exploring ideas and talking designs, settings and stones. Your inquiry will then be forwarded onto Millie & our Fitzroy studio, who will then continue the custom journey & take the next steps with you. What is the price for custom pieces?
Sterling silver customs start from $1000, and 9K solid gold customs start from $1500.

How does the design for a custom order work?
Custom creations are a combined effort between yourself and Millie. If you want to hand over complete creative control to Millie, she will design something amazing for you. However, if you have some inspiration or a specific idea in mind, we can work with you to make that a reality too. You will pick your stones, style, and metal, then Millie will design your new heirloom in wax for you, before we go through the approval process. Once you have approved your piece, we send it to be cast, then set the stones. Voila!

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 247 Elizabeth Street, Nolita 10012 or dropped off in store.We accept returns from EU customers within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with EU consumer rights. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs duties or taxes. To facilitate a smooth return process and avoid unnecessary customs fees, please ensure that the returned item is clearly marked as "Returned Goods (No Commercial Value)". If we incur customs fees or VAT upon receiving your return due to incorrect labelling or documentation, the amount will be deducted from your refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, custom products cannot be returned or refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. You can always contact us for any return questions at newyork@milliesavage.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, Not Quite Right items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will happily exchange in store if we have stock available.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at newyork@milliesavage.com. -
Repairs
Any manufacturing faults will be repaired free of charge within the 12 month warranty period, please contact newyork@milliesavage.com if you believe your item is faulty and we will assess the item for you.
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, any repairs or alterations made by a jeweller outside of our studio will void the warranty.Damages outside of the 12 month warranty will need to be assessed and we will provide a quote depending on the work required. Please follow your care instructions carefully to ensure you properly look after your jewelry and no damages occur.

Resizes
All purchases of One-Off Beauties and Diamonds include one complimentary resize, applicable for adjustments within 3 sizes up or down. For any gold styles requiring a resize beyond this range, a $50 fee will apply.
