Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns for change of mind or size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note that custom pieces, earrings, gift cards, resized items, samples and "Not Quite Right" sale items cannot be returned.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund, however, we are happy to offer a store credit or exchange within the 14-day return period.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Please include a note with your return containing your full name, email address, order number, return address, and whether you would like a refund, store credit or exchange.

Please ensure your return meets the above criteria before sending it back, as returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Repairs & Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on all jewellery purchased from Millie Savage.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at newyork@milliesavage.com. We will assess the piece and, where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will either repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

To make a warranty claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase.

Please note that our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, tarnishing, or damage caused by failure to follow our care instructions. We encourage you to refer to our Care Guide for information on how to properly care for your jewellery and help extend its lifespan.

Ring Resizing

All One-Off Beauty and Diamond ring purchases include one complimentary resize within 30 days of purchase.

In most cases, rings can be resized up or down by a maximum of three sizes. The suitability of a resize will depend on the ring's design, setting, metal and stones, and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. For any gold styles requiring a resize beyond this range, a $50 fee will apply.

Resizes outside of the complimentary resize period will incur a fee. A quote will be provided prior to any work being undertaken. Rings cannot be resized more than once.

Please allow up to two weeks for resizing, plus postage and handling times.
